香辣韓式泡菜製作說明‏

材料:
1.包心大白菜二斤 (1.2KG)
2.辣椒粉一兩
3.蒜泥三大匙
4.魚露四大匙
5.鹽二大匙
6.糖二大匙
7.香油酌量
8.胡蘿蔔適量
9.蔥適量
10.薑泥二大匙

做法如下:
1.大白菜洗切片晾乾
2.鹽二大匙溶入約125c.c冷開水攪拌後 (若水量不夠,請依同等比例增加)浸泡大白菜內，攪拌醃放二小時(放室外即可)後瀝乾。
3.辣椒粉 一兩，250c.c冷開水攪拌勻。十分鐘後將蒜泥 三大匙、薑泥二大匙、香油酌量後攪拌。
淋浸大白菜、蔥段、胡蘿蔔，用塑膠袋裝放到室外約四天常溫試其酸度後放入冰箱即可食用。
